Our Story
The Avoir Company was created to bridge the gap between strategy and day-to-day operations in hospitality. Too often, HR, pay, and benefits are designed in ways that look good on paper, but don’t hold up in fast-paced, people-driven environments.

Our work is led by Principal Consultant Jaye Johnson, a senior HR and Total Rewards leader with deep experience supporting multi-state and global hospitality, restaurant, café, and service-based teams as they grow.
