Career Coaching

  • During each session, we will discuss your goals, identify areas where improvement is needed, as well as where you are thriving

Group Coaching

What's Included:

With our Group Coaching, you will share sessions with up to 20 people in a virtual or in-person group setting. During these 1-hour group sessions, there is a designated topic for each class. During the classes, you will be able to ask questions and apply our discussions to your real-life situation. Classes will sometimes include workshops, lectures, and/or hands on training. Group coaching requires a minimum of five people, up to a maximum of twenty. Contact us for pricing and to learn more.

Interview Preparation

What's Included:

  • 1-on-1 50-minute mock interview practice session

  • Practice common interview questions and various answer techniques

  • Get instant feedback

  • Assistance with questions to ask at the conclusion of the interview

  • Additional add-ons available: Thank You letter email template OR Written notes from the practice session (available for an additional fee)

Before asking for a raise or requesting a specific salary for a new job, it is important that you understand what a fair market salary is for your role.

With our Market Salary Data service, we will meet with you to discuss your role, years of experience, education, and industry. With that information, we will use a professional salary database to determine what a fair salary range is for you. Then you will be able to use this data as you build your case for a raise or request your target salary for a new role.
